Innovare is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to create engaging content that influences behavior and connects with prospects and current clients. In addition, you will enhance the Company’s visibility and thread in the education ecosystem by creatively and impactfully telling our clients’ stories.

Responsibilities

The Content Marketing Manager will deliver high-quality content that will share Innovare’s story of impact, attract new clients, appeal to existing and new audiences in various markets, and transcend across all targeted segments. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Create user-friendly, high-quality content that engages audiences and gives them an informative experience about our unique culture and product and their impact on education
  • Implement strong project management skills to independently plan and manage content schedules to deliver content on time
  • Utilize data to develop and implement a multi-channel content marketing strategy in alignment with the overall organizational goals
  • Develop short and long-form content, such as videos, blogs, emails, digital advertisements, social cards and posts, landing pages, scripts, and FAQs
  • Design content to drive target audiences to achieve goals, such as moving through the marketing funnel or increasing product feature adoption
  • Maintain a balance between the content’s creative authenticity and the business objectives
  • Ensure content tells a story and takes the audience on a connected journey, such as from email through to landing page, content download, thank you, and follow up
  • Ensure all content is brand-aligned, error-free, clean, approved, and ready for external consumption
  • Develop event and persona-specific content and materials to support the organization’s growth strategy
  • Conduct market and user research, stakeholder interviews, trends analysis, best practice research, and leverage data to prioritize and provide content strategy recommendations
  • Collaborate with other teams to determine topics, priorities, timelines, and market areas to generate creative content around
  • Communicate the Company’s brand voice, message, and impact consistently in a clear, detailed, and engaging way that proactively answers audience questions
  • Provide editorial advice and recommend publishing opportunities
  • Leverage independent learning to stay informed on best practices in content marketing
  • Evaluate the efficacy of strategies employed by using metrics of success

Minimum
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, other Liberal Arts degrees
3-5 years of experience in a content marketing role
Strong portfolio of content to fuel customer acquisition and retention
4+ years writing
experience
3+ years of experience in K-12 education, public service, or social impact sector
Experience with EdTech or cloud/SaaS technology companies
Market and user research experience
Excellent project
management skills
Excellent communication
and writing skills
Skillful questioning and interviewing skills
Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and use of data to drive decision making
Proficiency in Google Workplace, video editing, and marketing automation applications
Demonstrated flexibility in handling multiple projects, changing priorities, and deadlines while maintaining high standards for quality
and detail

Preferred
Qualifications

  • 2+ years working at a tech startup
  • 4+ years of writing experience specifically for entrepreneurs, founders and key stakeholders in fast growth businesses
  • Working knowledge of Design tools (Figma, , Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
  • Experience copywriting for B2B software companies
  • Experience in media and public relations
