About Innovare
Innovare is an education technology company founded in July 2017, dedicated to transforming how schools, districts, and nonprofits use data to drive real change. We equip education leaders with Inno™—the only intelligence platform they need to take control of their data, customize insights, and make decisions that improve student outcomes.
From urban districts to community-focused nonprofits, we work alongside partners across the United States to help them streamline planning, track progress, and deliver on their mission. Our team brings together former educators, technologists, and strategists who believe in the power of real-time data to strengthen public education and the communities it serves.

About the Role
The Growth Strategist will play a critical role in the company reaching its growth goals. They will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with education, nonprofit, and foundation leaders while also collaborating with internal executives to develop strategies to increase revenue for the company. Their day-to-day tasks include identifying opportunities for new partnerships; strengthening existing relationships and collaborations with impact allies and funders; negotiating and enforcing legally-binding contracts; conducting market research;
synthesizing reports of business metrics; and attending workshops and professional conferences to strengthen connections with relevant networks. An ideal person for this role thrives in a high stakes environment, can inspire others to set goals and achieve results, considers themselves a proven relationship builder, has evidence of delivering relationship and sales results for organizations in the past, and enjoys learning through experimentation and operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
