Your Responsibilities

Partner with product managers and stakeholders to understand product vision, user needs, and business goals.
Conduct user research to identify pain points, opportunities, and inform design decisions.
Plan and manage pilot projects and feedback collection.
Design user interfaces (UI) and user flows (UX) that are intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing.
Develop and iterate on prototypes for user testing and feedback incorporation.
Collaborate with engineers and other designers to ensure

cohesive design implementation.

Create and maintain design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency.
Champion best practices in user-centered design (UCD), user research, and advocate for a user-centric approach.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and design best practices.
Leverage design tools such as Figma, Whimsical, and Jira to streamline collaboration and design workflows.
Manage Design priorities effectively and aligned to the goals of the team and company.

Your Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of successful product launches.

Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.

Extensive experience with user research techniques (interviews, usability testing, surveys).

Excellent organization and project management skills to plan and manage pilot projects and internal design priorities

Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Whimsical, and Jira.

Experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Experience with design
systems and UI kits

Experience designing for accessibility and incorporating responsible AI principles

Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
