About the Role
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in the company reaching its growth goals. They will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with a curated list of business partners while also collaborating with C-level executives to develop strategies to increase revenue for the company. Their day-to-day tasks include identifying opportunities for new partnerships; strengthening existing relationships and collaborations with business allies and funders; negotiating and enforcing legally-binding contracts; conducting market research; synthesizing reports of business metrics; and attending workshops and professional conferences to strengthen connections with relevant networks.

  • Create a systematic, process-driven and replicable approach to strategic partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound communication channels
  • Collaborate with C-level executives and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing strategic partner relationships
  • Negotiate and finalize partnerships in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Deliver a “white glove” experience to our strategic partners when working with our organization
  • Represent the brand at events and conferences
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of all projects with strategic partners
  • Champion and manage new projects and initiatives, such as the Innoverse™, to create stronger partnerships and product distribution relationships
  • Build up the organization’s network and brand equity through active engagement with industry influencers in local, national and international markets
  • Liaise with partners to solve challenges, communicate needs and foster sustainable synergy
  • Contribute ideas into the Growth Strategy and Product Roadmap by researching best practices and learning new concepts and tools
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of proven experience in comparable roles including business development, fundraising, philanthropic leadership, sales and marketing, etc.
Outstanding communication
and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Results-driven, politically savvy strategic mind with an eye for creativity
Professional experience working in or with influential education organizations
Strong professional network and personal brand
Bachelor’s degree from renowned university or evidence of a very strong academic record and achievements

  • Proven experience working at EdTech, SaaS, B2B, and startups and companies
  • Experience developing partnership-based growth strategies
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Experience working in Latin America or other regions abroad
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or other languages
